This Manufactured home had water damage that lead to a soft spot in the middle of the utility room floor.
After Cutting out the water damaged portions of the floor, we inspected the structural components and insulation for further water damage.
Upon inspection, we found some water damaged insulation that needed replaced. After replacing the insulation, we blocked the floor in preparation for new subfloor decking
After the subfloor was replaced, the floor was prepared for laminate flooring
